We are a restaurant with rooms.

Sail Lofts is four stylish guest rooms located above 14North, one of the island's favourite eateries, known for showcasing local and seasonal produce. The small boutique property has been converted from merchant houses built more than a hundred years ago. As such it does not offer ground floor sleeping accommodation, nor a lift and is thus, regrettably, not considered suitable for disabled guests.

Sail Lofts has been designed to provide the highest quality accommodation on the Island in close proximity to Douglas' business and retail centres and some of the Island's most popular dining destinations.

We recommend you dine at our restaurant during your stay and encourage you to make a reservation when booking your room.

We also operate Little Fish Cafe located further along North Quay and where you could treat yourself to a pre or post dinner handcrafted cocktail.

The rooms are equipped to a very high standard, with just about everything you will need and more, including a stunning view of the marina.

As a restaurant with rooms, we do not have a manned reception desk. Self check in details will be sent to you ahead of your arrival.
